Submission Guidelines

At JOSS Publication, we strive to provide a seamless experience for authors and researchers. To ensure your submission is processed efficiently and meets our publishing standards, please follow these submission guidelines:

1. Manuscript Preparation

Your manuscript should be properly formatted before submission. We recommend using a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12-point) with 1-inch margins on all sides. Submit your manuscript in a Word document or PDF format. Ensure your content is fully edited and proofread before sending it in.

2. Cover Letter

Please include a cover letter with your submission. The letter should briefly introduce your work, outline its objectives, and provide a short author bio. Mention why you believe your work is a good fit for publication with us.

3. Abstract & Keywords

For academic papers and journals, include a concise abstract summarizing your research or main ideas. You should also list 3-5 relevant keywords to help us categorize your work appropriately for our audience.

4. Author Information

Submit your full name, contact information (email, phone number), and any relevant affiliations (university, organization). If you have a professional or academic background, please include that as well.

5. Artwork & Images

If your manuscript contains images, charts, or illustrations, ensure they are high resolution (300 DPI). Submit them separately as image files (JPEG, PNG, or TIFF). Include captions for each visual element.

6. Copyright & Permissions

If your manuscript includes third-party material (e.g., images, tables, excerpts), you must obtain permission for its use. Ensure all permissions are properly documented and submitted with your manuscript.

7. Submission Format

All submissions should be made through our online submission portal. We do not accept submissions via email unless otherwise specified. If you need assistance, please contact our support team for guidance on the submission process.

8. Review Process

Once your manuscript is submitted, our editorial team will review it for quality and relevance. We will notify you within a specified time frame regarding the status of your submission. If revisions are required, we will provide feedback to help you improve your work.

9. Acceptance & Publication

If your manuscript is accepted, we will provide a publication agreement outlining the terms and conditions of publication. Upon signing the agreement, we will proceed with the next steps, including editing, design, and marketing.
